We invite you to participate in the first ever panel discussion on the constitutionality of the Anti-Terrorism Bill on June 18 at 2:00 PM via Zoom. Atty. Theodore Te, a human rights lawyer and former spokesperson of the Supreme Court, will discuss the important issues brought about the bill and how it affects current laws.
For panelists we have the Principal Author of the Anti-Terrorism Bill Hon. Jericho “Koko” Nograles, CHR Commissioner Gwen Pimentel-Gana, IBP National President Domingo Egon Cayosa, and Assistant Solicitor General Angelita Miranda.
The forum will be moderated by UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Mr. Atom Araullo.

This is the first and only platform where advocates for and against the bill will be given an opportunity to engage each other in a healthy legal discussion and defend their stance and opinions on the issues.
We highly encourage your group to register early so you can participate in the discussion through the Q&A. This is your chance to reach out to the esteemed roster of panelists.
To register, kindly fill in the form below.
