FNS Appoints Wilbert L. Tan as Special Counsel - Managing Partner Dicky Salazar is pleased to announce the appointment of Atty. Wilbert L. Tan as Special Counsel to the Firm's Benguet Branch effective January 1, 2009. Atty. Tan's used to be a Senior Associate of the Firm until he decided to concentrate on his banking practice with Summit Bank as its President. In his new role as Special Counsel, Atty.
